Refer a business, earn a month Coming soon
Share Commonway with another business. When they purchase their first annual subscription and pay the full year upfront, you receive a one-time account credit equal to one month of your current base plan.
The credit uses your plan’s monthly base price when the referral qualifies: Core $79, Pro $129, or Premium $199 at current pricing. This applies whether you pay monthly or annually. Additional users, taxes, and setup services are excluded.
Your credit goes toward a future subscription bill or annual renewal. It is an account credit, not a cash payout or a refund of a past payment.
You must be a current paying customer, and the referred business must be a new customer. Register the referral with us before their purchase so we can confirm who referred them. One referring customer receives credit per new business; self-referrals do not qualify. Credits are confirmed after the annual payment is verified; refunded or reversed payments do not qualify.
The program is coming soon with paid subscriptions. Contact us to confirm availability and register a referral. Referral requests are reviewed by our team.
QuickBooks Online Coming soon
QuickBooks Online integration is coming soon. Contact us for availability.
The intended initial scope covers a secure QuickBooks Online connection, customer and invoice syncing, and payment status updates. Basic connectivity is intended for Core, Pro, and Premium. Enhanced syncing may become a Pro benefit.
Product, service, and expense syncing are future considerations. Contact us for integration availability. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported.

Users and annual billing
Every plan includes three users. A two-person business can choose any tier based on the features it needs. Additional users are $15/user/month and must be on your workspace’s current plan tier. All users in a workspace share one tier: Core, Pro, or Premium. Plan tiers cannot be mixed within a workspace.
Annual plans are $790 for Core, $1,290 for Pro, and $1,990 for Premium, paid upfront: 12 months for the price of 10 on your base plan. Additional users are $180/year each ($15/month), billed with your plan. Users added during the year are charged for the remaining subscription term. Monthly equivalents are rounded for display.
Optional onboarding services
Self-Service Setup is free: guided workspace setup, business configuration, and built-in instructions.
Guided Setup is $199 one time for one 60-minute session covering basic configuration, employee setup guidance, and a workflow walkthrough.
Full Business Setup is $499 one time for up to three hours: business configuration, one supported CSV import, employee setup and training, and follow-up guidance within the allotted time.
Advanced Implementation is custom quoted for complex migrations, advanced configuration, and additional team training. Assisted onboarding is optional for every tier. Ask about scope and availability.
Imports and tax
Client and quote-line CSV / XLSX imports are included across all tiers. The supported customer importer accepts up to 500 rows per file with a primary contact and billing address. Review mapping and skipped duplicate names before saving; custom migrations require a separate scope.
Manual tax entry is included in Core and available across all tiers. Automated tax is coming soon for Pro and Premium. Use manual tax entry until automated tax is available. Tax reporting remains in your accounting system.
Premium support Coming soon
Priority support is coming soon as a priority email queue for product questions and troubleshooting. It does not include custom setup, migrations, or team training; those are optional services.
